What is the legal basis for processing your data?

We indicate the legal basis for processing your data:

  • Consent of the data subject: Sending commercial communications, including electronically (GDPR, art.6.1 a; LSSICE, art.21) to POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND WEBSITE CONTACTS (Data collected through the various forms on the website: Contact, Inquiries, Information about courses, Newsletter, etc.).
  • Performance of a contract: Fiscal, accounting, and administrative management of CLIENTS (Students) and SUPPLIERS (GDPR, art.6.1 b). This concerns a contractual relationship governed by private law rules.

  • Legitimate interest of the controller: Sending commercial communications, including electronically (GDPR Recital 47; LSSI art. 21.2) to CLIENTS; management of professional contact data (LOPDGDD art.19; GDPR art.6.1.f) to SUPPLIERS.

The data of CLIENTS (Students) and SUPPLIERS may be communicated to:

  • Organizations or persons directly related to the controller as service providers, under the appropriate service provision contract as prescribed in art.28 of the GDPR EU.
  • Banks and savings institutions, consulting firms, companies and/or entities within the group.
  • Entities and authorities where there is a legal obligation (Tax Administration, etc.).

The data of POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND WEBSITE CONTACTS (Data collected through various forms on the website: Contact, Inquiries, Information about courses, Newsletter, etc.) will not be disclosed.

The data of CLAIMANTS EXERCISING PERSONAL RIGHTS may be communicated to control authorities, public administration agencies, and the Ombudsman, as applicable, for the purpose of managing potential liabilities.

In compliance with the information duty provided for in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the Social Networks (hereinafter, “RRSS”) are owned by the website owner.
