Course
Preventing Peer Sexual Harassment in Schools: Understanding, Acting and Educating

This course offers a comprehensive and participative training experience designed to address sexual harassment between children and adolescents in school settings. Based on the Artemis Project (https://projectartemis.eu/) and its educational gruide, the programme equips educators with both theoretical knowledge and practical strategies to detect, prevent, and respond to peer sexual harassment. Through collaborative discussions, case studies, role-plays, and reflective activities, participants will deconstruct gender stereotypes, explore the influence of media and social pressure, and develop concrete actions to foster respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free learning environments. The course concludes with tools for self-assessment, school-wide planning, and continued professional development.
