One of the most innovative methods in vocational education and training in recent years has become work-based learning through which the learners reinforce their competences and gain skills in real-life work experiences, implemented through internships and apprenticeships. Indeed, to organise effectively work-based learning in a digital environment, VET educators should gain more specialized knowledge and skills to be able to support their learners to apply classroom learning in real-world settings using digital tools.
Taking into account all this, the main objective of the project is to reinforce competences of VET educators to be able to integrate their curriculum with the workplace and adjust this learning strategy to a digital environment, with an ultimate objective to develop employability of their learners.
