This course fosters an inclusive and equitable learning environment where all students feel safe, valued, and represented. Participants will explore LGBTQIA+ identities, intersectional discrimination, and inclusive education, gaining practical tools to create safe spaces and manage conflicts.
Educators will learn to use inclusive language, support student well-being, and adapt teaching methods to promote personal and academic growth. The course equips them with strategies to enhance classroom inclusivity, address discrimination, and build a school culture that respects and affirms every student’s identity.
